Technical Films

Riflex offer many different grades that can be used as for example whole body protection in nuclear plants, gloves with different chemical resistance class, heating and insulation films.

Our PVC films can be laminated with for example steel together with bitumen on steel pipes or directly on steel sheets.
We can also laminate our PVC with other films depending on which technical and visual performances are required.

We have experience of qualities for applications with shifting environmental conditions, i.e. product should be flexible in cold conditions but at the same time not too soft in hot conditions. We have broad knowledge of different special pigments, IR-reflecting, fluorescent and afterglow pigments. Highly reflective pigments can be used to lower the need for air condition in industrial and home applications.

Riflex is at the forefront developing a new generation of PVC films for many different applications.
We have advanced knowledge how different process conditions and recipe together affect appearance, printability, shrinkage and long-term dimensional stability. Our laboratory provide deep knowledge how different additives and surface structure will interact with different printing and coating applications.
All qualities are matched to meet or exceed the customers requirement regarding fire resistance, environmental concern, UV resistance, printability and flexibility through complete lifetime.
We comply fully with RoHS 3 and REACH including the latest SVHC list.
